Hello everyone! I just made this blog, so bear with me!

Let me tell a little bit about myself first.

My name is Victorique Hope. You can call me Vic. I live on the coast, and I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Otherwise known as a Mormon. (:

On this blog I hope to reach out and touch people's hearts with amazing quotes and sayings (as the title implies) about religion, love, hope, joy, and faith.

To start off, here's an amazing picture of Christ talking to a young man:

I love this picture! It reminds me that no matter what, Christ is with us. Never feel alone, because he is standing there, helping you through this.

This is an amazing poem called "Footprints in the Sand." It's an amazing work that reminds us all that no matter what, through thick and thin, even when all seems lost, the Lord, our Heavenly Father is there, helping us along.

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,other times there were one set of footprints. This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from, anguish, sorrow or defeat,I could see only one set of footprints.

So I said to the Lord, "You promised me Lord, that if I followed you,you would walk with me always.But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life there have only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?"

The Lord replied,"The times when you have seen only one set of footprints in the sand, is when I carried you."
